One of the most photographed places in Italy, Manarola is known for its colorful houses clinging to the rock above a sea cove. The viewpoint above the village offers the iconic view that adorns postcards throughout the entire region. The village is also the starting point for the Fossola vineyard trail.
Entry to the village is free. The viewpoint is accessible on foot, approximately 10 minutes from the village center. Particularly impressive at sunset — arriving one hour earlier is recommended due to crowds.
