Considered the most beautiful village of Cinque Terre, with a natural harbor surrounded by rocks and Piazza Marconi square directly by the sea. The Doria Fortress from the 11th century dominates the village and offers a panoramic viewpoint over the entire archipelago. The Gothic church Santa Margherita d'Antiochia stands right along the shoreline.
Entry to the Doria fortress requires a small fee. The village itself is free to explore. Arriving by boat is recommended for the spectacular view of entering the harbor.
