One of the largest open-air museums in Europe, located near Brienz, showcasing more than 100 historic Swiss rural houses from all regions of the country. Visitors can see traditional crafts, farm animals, and authentic interiors from various Swiss cantons. The museum spans an area of 66 hectares.
The museum is open from April to October. The ticket includes entry to all facilities and craft demonstrations. It is recommended to dedicate a full day as the complex is very spacious; comfortable footwear is essential.
