The only large stadium in the world built entirely of white marble. Located on the site of an ancient stadium, it was renovated in the late 19th century and hosted the first modern Olympic Games in 1896. Today, visitors can explore the stands, the Olympic track, and a small museum dedicated to the history of the Olympic movement.
