This Gothic church from the 14th century dominates the northern end of SNP Square, and its 60-meter-tall tower is visible from every corner of the city center. The key reason to step inside is the altar of Master MS from around 1506 — one of the rare masterpieces of late Gothic art that did not end up in some national museum but still stands where it was made.
The church is free to visit during the day. Quiet behavior and appropriate attire are recommended.
