Everything you need for Venice in one place
The main square of Venice, surrounded by the Basilica di San Marco, the Palazzo Ducale, and the Campanile bell tower. For centuries it served as the political, religious, and social center of the Venetian Republic, and to this day it remains the most visited part of the city.
The former residence of the Doges and the political center of the Venetian Republic. Visitors can tour the halls where state bodies convened, rooms decorated with works by Tintoretto and Veronese, as well as the Bridge of Sighs connecting the palace to the former prison.
A stone bridge completed in 1591 and the most famous crossing over the Grand Canal. Shops line the bridge, while nearby stands the historic Rialto Market, known for selling fish, fruit, and vegetables. The bridge is one of the main vantage points for watching traffic on the canal.
