Boat to San Fruttuoso and Portofino Cove

From Camogli, a boat takes you to the cove of San Fruttuoso, accessible only by sea or along a hiking trail through the Portofino Regional Park. Here you will find a Benedictine monastery dating from the 10th century and the famous underwater statue of Christ of the Abyss (Cristo degli Abissi). The voyage continues to Portofino, and the return journey along the Ligurian coast offers views of cliffs, hidden coves, and small fishing villages best seen from the sea.
