Bunk'Art 1

A former nuclear bunker from the communist era, built in the late 1970s on the orders of Enver Hoxha at the foot of Mount Dajti, on the outskirts of Tirana. The underground tunnel with more than a hundred rooms is now a museum that, through authentic rooms, documents and installations, depicts Albania's communist past and the work of the secret police. The sprawling complex and its atmosphere make it a powerful testament to that period.
