Two of the closest white towns in the Itria Valley, both just 15–20 km from Alberobello. Locorotondo is known for its circular historic center with white facades and local DOC white wine, while Martina Franca offers baroque churches and a lively center. It is possible to visit both in a single day on foot and by taxi.
