The oldest scientific zoological garden in the world (founded in 1828), located in the northern part of Regent's Park. Home to more than 750 species of animals, including Sumatran tigers, mountain gorillas, penguins, and complex aquariums. Particularly popular are the Land of the Lions safari pavilion, Gorilla Kingdom, and Penguin Beach. Educational programs with animal keepers run throughout the day.
