Mount Olympus

The highest mountain in Greece (2,917 m) and the mythical home of the gods from Greek mythology, located just about thirty minutes from Katerini. The Litochoro area is the main starting point for hiking tours of varying difficulty, from shorter walks to ascents of the Mytikas peak. Olympus National Park is known for its rich nature, spectacular landscapes, and great significance in Greek history and mythology.
