The southern coast of Naxos hides several quieter beaches, among which Agia Anna, Plaka, and Mikri Vigla stand out — long sandy coves with shallow, turquoise waters. They are easily reached by car or local bus. Plaka is particularly well suited for long walks along the sea, while Mikri Vigla is one of the most well-known spots on the island for windsurfing and kitesurfing.
