Resciesa

Resciesa (Raschötz) is a broad mountain plateau above Ortisei, with meadows, larch and arolla pine forests, and views of the Odle, Sassolungo, and the valley below, within the Puez-Odle nature park. A cable car runs directly from the village, making it a quieter mountain day than Secede: gentle walks, mountain huts, and plenty of space for children. In winter, a toboggan run roughly three kilometres long descends from Resciesa — one of the most popular in the valley.
