Sinaia — Peles Castle and Monastery

Sinaia is located at the foot of the Carpathians, not far from Brașov. The main attraction is Peleș Castle, the former summer residence of the Romanian royal family, known for its lavish interior and architecture. Nearby is also the Sinaia Monastery, after which the town was named. Due to its combination of culture, nature, and mountain atmosphere, it is one of the most popular day trips from Brașov.
