Cres and Lubenica — western coast of the island

From Mali Lošinj, the route leads through Osor and the island of Cres to Lubenica, a stone village perched on a cliff 375 m above the sea. Below the village lies a beach reached by descending a steep hiking trail, so sturdy shoes and enough time for the return trip are essential. The western part of Cres is known for its sparsely populated landscape and habitats of Griffon vultures.
