Viminacium

Viminacium is an archaeological park located on the site of a former Roman legionary camp and city near Kostolac. Visitors can explore the remains of thermal baths, a mausoleum, and an amphitheater, as well as artifacts from the Roman period; among the attractions is a mammoth skeleton discovered at a nearby site.
