Wine + Sunset at Gorica Bridge

Combining local wine with the evening atmosphere of Berat offers a different way of getting to know the city. A visit to one of the family wineries in the surrounding area provides an opportunity to taste varieties such as Shesh and Vlosh, which are rarely found outside Albania. Returning to the historic core in the late afternoon reveals Mangalem in the warm light of sunset, when the houses with 'a thousand windows' are best seen from the Gorica bridge. The evening naturally ends with dinner on the banks of the Osum and a view of the illuminated facades of the old town.
