Ada Ciganlija

Ada Ciganlija is a river island on the Sava transformed into a peninsula, with the artificial Sava Lake around which gravelly beaches stretch. It is Belgrade's most beloved bathing and recreational area, which locals call 'the Belgrade Sea'. Alongside the well-maintained beaches there are walking and cycling paths, sports courts, and numerous waterfront cafes.
