Punta Bajlo Beach

Punta Bajlo beach is located on the southern side of Zadar and is known for its pine forest that descends almost to the shoreline itself. The pebbly and partly rocky entry into the sea is accompanied by a long coastal promenade, while the old concrete pier has become one of the recognizable landmarks of this part of the city. Unlike the busier city beaches, this spot is defined by natural shade, a calmer atmosphere, and the everyday rhythm of local residents. The combination of pine forest, sea, and an open view toward the Zadar channel gives this place a different character from the central city bathing areas.
