Valkane Beach

A local pebble beach in the western part of Pula, popular with residents of the city — less crowded than the more touristy beaches. The water is crystal clear, with a gentle entry into the sea (suitable for children). The beach is free with sun loungers and umbrellas available for rent (around 10€). The atmosphere is relaxed and authentic — along the shore there are bars and pizzerias where locals spend their summer afternoons. Easily accessible by bus 7 or on foot from the city center (about 20 minutes).
