Built for the 1972 Summer Olympic Games, this park with its iconic tent-like roof structure ranks among the most beautiful architectural achievements of the 20th century. The 291-meter-tall Olympic Tower offers a spectacular panoramic view of Munich and the Alps. The park continues to host sporting and musical events to this day.
The ticket for the Olympic Tower (observation deck) costs around 13 EUR and includes views of the Alps in good weather. The park is free to walk through. The Olympic Stadium can be visited with guided tours, which are paid separately.
