Archaeological Collection Issa

A museum in the town of Vis dedicated to the ancient Greek colony of Issa, founded in the 4th century BC. The collection includes ceramics, jewelry, coins, and other finds that illustrate life in the first significant Greek settlement on the eastern Adriatic coast. The museum is housed in a stone building from the Austro-Hungarian period, not far from the remains of ancient Issa.
