The museum holds one of the most important collections of ancient artifacts in Greece, including the famous bronze statue of the Charioteer (Auriga) from the 5th century BC and the omphalos — the stone that in antiquity marked the 'navel of the world'. The exhibition follows the chronological development of Delphi from the Archaic to the Roman period.
The 12 EUR ticket is combined and covers the archaeological site as well. The museum has air-conditioned halls — a great option for midday visits during the summer months.
