The museum preserves finds from Corfu spanning from prehistory to late antiquity. The most famous exhibit is the relief of the Gorgon Medusa from the Temple of Artemis, dating to the 6th century BC, one of the most significant examples of archaic Greek sculpture.
The museum is closed on Tuesdays. Tickets are purchased at the ticket office; student discount available with a valid student ID.
