Barbican

One of the best-preserved medieval circular fortresses in Europe, built in the late 15th century as part of the defensive system of Krakow. The massive walls, towers, and bridge offer insight into the city's former fortifications. Today it stands as an important historical monument and symbol of medieval Krakow.
