One of the most beautiful Romanesque churches in Italy, situated on a hilltop above Florence. The church is part of a complex that includes a monastery and a historic cemetery.
Entrance to the basilica is free, and the church is open daily. A visit in the afternoon hours is recommended for beautiful light and a more peaceful atmosphere.
