A Romanesque basilica from the 11th–12th century, dedicated to the patron saint of Verona, it is considered one of the finest examples of Romanesque architecture in Italy. The 12th-century bronze doors are decorated with reliefs depicting biblical and hagiographic scenes. Inside stands Mantegna's triptych 'Madonna with Saints' from 1459.
