Biester Palace is one of the newer attractions opened to visitors in Sintra, yet its appearance naturally fits into the romantic character of the city. The richly decorated interiors, gardens, and architecture inspired by historical styles create an atmosphere that differs from the larger and more famous palaces. Due to the smaller number of visitors, it often provides a more peaceful experience than the most visited sites in Sintra.
