Bunk'Art 2

A bunker from the communist period located beneath the former Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the very center of Tirana, opened as a museum in 2016. The exhibition traces the history of the Albanian secret services and repression during the communist period, through documents, photographs, and reconstructed rooms. Its position immediately adjacent to Skanderbeg Square connects this layer of recent history with the historical heart of Tirana itself.
