A glass viewing platform at the top of one of the highest sea cliffs in Europe, with a vertical drop of around 580 meters to the Atlantic Ocean. From the platform, visitors enjoy a spectacular view of the southern coast of Madeira, terraced vineyards, and the ocean far below the cliff. It is just a 15-minute drive from Funchal and is one of the most famous photography spots on the island.
The visit to Cabo Girão Skywalk is free and open to all visitors. It is recommended to arrive in the morning to avoid crowds and take advantage of better light for photography.
