Fraumünster

Fraumünster

One of Zurich's most celebrated historic churches, founded in 853 as a convent for noblewomen. Today it is best known for its stained-glass windows created by Marc Chagall, as well as for a window by Augusto Giacometti. The interior is a striking blend of medieval architecture and modern art.
