Gorica Quarter

Gorica is a historic neighborhood on the northern bank of the Osum River, known for its stone houses, narrow cobblestone streets, and slower pace of life compared to the neighboring Mangalem. Over the centuries it developed as the Christian quarter of the city, and to this day it preserves churches, traditional houses, and a quieter atmosphere that offers a different perspective on Berat. From the riverbank you can enjoy some of the most beautiful views of the Mangalem houses on the opposite side.
