The only artificial island in the Adriatic — since 1452, sailors from the Bay of Kotor have been throwing stones and sinking old ships to maintain it. The Baroque church from 1630 houses 68 silver votive plaques brought by sailors' families after surviving storms. A small boat to the island departs from the Riva when full, a return ticket costs 5€, and entry to the church is an additional 2€.
The ticket for visiting the church on the artificial island includes a tour of the interior and the museum. The island is reached by boat from Perast (the boat is paid separately, around 5 EUR per person).
