Makarska City Museum

The Makarska City Museum is housed in the baroque Tonoli Palace from the second half of the 18th century, on the western part of the city promenade. The building is a protected immovable cultural heritage site, and the permanent exhibition is located on the first floor. The museum preserves ten collections, including archaeological, ethnographic, numismatic, and cultural-historical ones, as well as collections of photographs, postcards, posters, and geographic maps.
