Himara Old Town

The historic core of Himara is situated on a hill above the coast and consists of stone houses, narrow streets, and the remains of former fortifications. Unlike the new part of the town by the sea, a slower pace of life and a different perspective on the history of the Albanian Riviera have been preserved here. From the higher parts of the old town, views open up toward the bay, the coastline, and the mountains surrounding Himara.
