Iglesia de Santa María la Mayor

Iglesia de Santa María la Mayor

The main church of Ronda was built between the 15th and 17th centuries on the site of the former main city mosque. Its architecture blends Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque elements, while certain parts of the earlier Islamic structure have been preserved in the interior. The church is located in the historic core of La Ciudad and represents one of the most significant religious and historical buildings in the city.
