Istarska sabornica

A former Franciscan church dating from the 13th century, remodeled in the Baroque style in the 18th century. In the second half of the 19th century, its hall hosted the sessions of the Istrian Provincial Diet, from which it takes its current name. Today it serves as a concert and exhibition venue renowned for its exceptional acoustics and richly painted ceiling.
