Capuchin Church of Our Lady of Lourdes

The Capuchin Church of Our Lady of Lourdes is located in the center of Rijeka, not far from the bus station at Žabica. It was built at the beginning of the 20th century for the Capuchin order, and is recognizable by its Neo-Gothic facade of light-colored stone and a double-flight staircase leading to the entrance. It takes its name from Lourdes, the French Marian shrine, and today it is one of the most prominent sacred buildings in the city center.
