Kaštel Frankopana

A rectangular fortress situated along the city walls, built in the 12th century as the residence of the Frankopan princes who ruled the island for more than three centuries. One of the better-preserved castles of the Frankopan heritage on the Kvarner. From the inner courtyard, there is a view towards the sea.
