Lauben

The Große and Kleine Lauben are medieval trading streets in Bressanone. Beneath their vaulted arcades, rows of houses with bay windows conceal shops, bakeries, cafés and old inns, making it possible to spend an entire day here even in the rain. The arcades run from Domplatz through the old town centre and offer the clearest picture of what this trading city looked like on the route between northern and southern Europe.
