A medieval fortress dominating the city from Castle Hill (Grajski hrib). Dating back to the 12th century, it houses a museum of Slovenian history, a cinema, restaurants, and a panoramic tower. It offers one of the most beautiful views of the old town and the surrounding Alps.
Ticket includes a cable car or funicular ride, museum entrance, and panoramic tower access. Can be purchased online or at the ticket office. Arriving before 10 AM is recommended to avoid crowds.
