The small fishing harbor in the center of the island is the starting point for all activities and the only connection to the mainland by ferry. Local boats are moored along the pier, and in the morning you can watch the fresh catch being unloaded. An evening stroll along the waterfront is a common ritual for visitors and residents alike.
Free access at any time. The ferry to the mainland (Pounta) runs every hour and costs around 1–2 EUR.
