The second largest monastery in Meteora, built in the 16th century on a rock approximately 373 meters high. It is known for its well-preserved Byzantine frescoes, among which the composition 'Sufferings of the Apostles' in the main church stands out. The old rope net basket system used for hoisting supplies is still on display as an exhibit.

Ticket 3 EUR. Closed on Fridays. Next to the monastery there is a short path leading to a viewpoint overlooking Kalambaka.
