Parque de María Luisa

A historic city park next to Plaza de España, established in the late 19th century when Infanta María Luisa de Borbón donated part of the palace gardens to the city. It took on its current appearance for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929, featuring wide promenades, fountains, pavilions, and rich Mediterranean vegetation. The park is one of the most beloved places for a stroll among the residents of Seville and forms a natural ensemble with Plaza de España.
