Located in the historic Gabrielis Palace, the Maritime Museum traces the seafaring and shipbuilding tradition of Korčula through old documents, navigational instruments, maps, and craft tools. The exhibition shows how deeply the sea shaped island life and why Korčula was for centuries an important maritime point of the eastern Adriatic.
