An elegant small mosque (Xhamia e Muradies) from the 1540s, believed to have been designed by the famous Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan. It is characterized by a facade of yellow stone blocks alternating with rows of red brick and an attractive tiled dome. The interior is relatively modest, but the calligraphy on the dome is worth seeing. Entry is free; shoes must be removed before entering. From the terrace in front of the mosque, steps lead up to the tomb of Kuzum Baba.
Admission is free. Modest clothing is recommended and visiting outside prayer times is advised.
