Housed in a neoclassical building in the city center, the museum holds collections related to the maritime history of Laconia, the costumes of the Mani peninsula, and local tradition. A good introduction to the culture of the region before visiting the surrounding fortifications.
The ticket price is symbolic. Opening hours vary outside of season, checking before arrival is recommended.
