Omiš Museum

The City Museum in the historic center of Omiš showcases the rich past of the town, from the Illyrian and Roman periods to the era of the famous Omiš pirates. The collection includes archaeological finds, weapons, maritime objects, old maps and documents that testify to the importance of Omiš on the eastern Adriatic coast. Due to the compact layout, a visit takes less than an hour and fits easily into a stroll through the old town.
