A Baroque palace from the 17th century featuring the only grand ornamental garden within the city walls of Lucca, adorned with a fountain, statues, and paths lined with lemon trees. The garden can be observed from the upper promenade on the city walls without paying an entrance fee, but a visit from the inside reveals additional details and the interior of the palace. It was used as a filming location for the movie 'Portrait of a Lady'.
The ticket for the garden is around 4.50 €, the combined ticket for the garden and palace is around 6 €. Open from April to November; check the opening hours before your visit as they vary.
