Paragaea — Olive Oil Museum

An olive oil museum housed in the oldest oil mill in the city, which operated from 1929 to 1974, telling the story of the main economic activity in Parga before the development of tourism. Through a tour of the restored machinery, visitors learn about all the steps of traditional oil production and the connection between olive oil making and local life. The visit usually ends with an olive oil tasting, along with tips on how to properly evaluate and use the oil.
